how to host

a virtual film screening

  1. Purchase a Screening License Kit based on the estimated size of your audience.

  2. All Kits include a Digital Copy of the Documentary, a Q&A Guide, as well as marketing materials to promote your event.

  3. For virtual as well as socially-distanced + outside + safe events, purchase based on your best guess of audience size and upgrade later if needed.

  4. If you’d like to do a virtual filmmaker Q&A, email to set up the date and time, and purchase that as well.

  5. Keep a headcount at your event, and, if the audience exceeds the limit on your screening license, you can purchase the appropriate upgrade. Email with any questions!
